available with the access we provide to our password protected

2. Once registered you are
sent email notifications as new leads arrive. Each will provide
reminders of your UserId and Password needed
to be able to
view the details of the leads.
3. The leads are
published very soon after arrival and are always very fresh, typically
less than 8 hours old. Our leads are very richly detailed
because they are actually applications for help from real owners
of
legal judgments. Such folks are are highly motivated
to provide the information professionals need to determine the
real
chances
of
a successful
Judgment Enforcement.
4. The information
in the leads contains everything EXCEPT the contact information,
case numbers, etc. The contact information is provided only
to the one professional who decides to buy the lead. Once
the payment has been made, by Fax Check or by PayPal, the FULLY
detailed lead with all contact information is promptly emailed
to the Judgment Recovery Professional.

lead that is dated 14 or more days ago can be purchased for just
$9.95. The
original date is built into the unique ID# of every lead; by example an
ID# of 2-090508 means that the lead was first published as the
2nd lead for the day on September 5, 2008. If it is now September
19th it means the lead is 14 days old and can be purchased for
only $9.95. You can use the above PayPal payment link or

email address, and daytime phone number. The informtaion on your
regisration form will be used to setup and activate your registration.
Your
Registration will be activated on the first business day after your
check clears our bank, this usually takes about 6 business
days.

if buying a single Judgment Recovery Lead, and fax it

fax page; use it to write the ID#
of the Lead you are buying, and your name, daytime phone number and email address. I
will send the fully detailed lead to you after your fax check is received.
Likewise,
when paying your one-time registration fee it will go into
effect on the day your faxed check clears the bank. Write a personal or
business check payable to me, Hugh Brecher, in the amount
of $19.95 for each lead you order. or $25.00 for your one-time
Registration Fee.

Send

a first paid basis. The lead is yours when the faxed
check is received. The check is converted to a "VersaCheck" and
deposited to our bank account. The fax itself is
legal proof that your check is genuine. The
law does not require signatures on VersaChecks.
