2. Once registered with us
you are sent email notifications every time a new lead arrives.
Each email notification provides a quick direct link to the leads
page.
3. New leads are
published soon after arrival and are always very fresh,
typically less than 8 hours old. Our leads are richly detailed
because they are genuine applications for help from real owners
of
legal judgments. Judgment owners are highly motivated
to provide the information professionals need to determine the
real
chances
of
a successful
Judgment Enforcement.
4. The information
in the leads contains everything but the personal contact information,
of the Judgment Owners and Debtors. The personal contact details
are "redacted", edited for purposes of privacy and security. Complete
Judgment information, including ALL contact details, is provided
only to the
one professional who decides to buy the lead. Once
payment is made the FULLY
detailed lead is promptly emailed
to the Judgment Recovery Professional agent.
5. It is VERY rare (nearly
impossible) that 2 different Judgment Recovery Professionals will
try to purchase the same lead at the same time. It
is SAFE for you to order as many leads as you want whenever you
are ready
to
do
so, just rememer
to provide the unique ID#'s assigned to the
leads you are buying. If
someone else is trying to buy the same lead at about the same time
it will be the first payment to arrive that determines who will get
it; the other "buyer" will get an email notice and a prompt refund
of the full amount.
6. Please understand
that we cannot "hold" a lead for you. This would
require us to remove it from the list of active leads, thereby
preventing others from ordering it. If we DID hold a for
you and you decided NOT to buy it, we would then be obliged to
restore it to the active leads page. This is not fair to
the other professionals or to us. The playing field must
be fair and level for all concerned. Makes sense, right?

email address, and daytime phone number. The information on your
registration form will be used to setup and activate your registration.
Your
Registration will be activated on the first business day after your
check clears our bank, this usually takes about 6 business

will send the fully detailed lead to you after your fax check is received.
Likewise,
when paying your one-time registration fee it will go into

Send
the fax as quickly as possible. Leads are sold on
a first paid basis. The lead is yours when the faxed
check is received. The check is converted to a "VersaCheck" and
deposited to our bank account. The fax itself is
legal proof that your check is genuine. The
law does not require signatures on VersaChecks.
